Summary
Join us as a Client Service Associate in Private Banking
- Join a specialist private banking team, where you’ll use your expertise to deal with complex customer issues and support others in your team to do the same

- The salary we're looking to offer would be in the range of £30,000 - £33,000 plus benefits
- The working hours for this role will be on shift basis between 6am - 10pm Monday to Friday
What you'll do
In this key role, you’ll go the extra mile, undertaking processes and supporting colleagues to achieve the correct outcomes.
You’ll process customer instructions accurately and in a timely manner working with internal and external stakeholders.
Day-to-day, you’ll also be:
- Adhering to service level agreements (SLA's) and escalating issues and breaches
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of information, maintaining comprehensive audit trails
- Dealing with incoming correspondence from other business areas, customers and external parties
- Supporting with process improvements, involving creating IT tickets, testing, and raising bugs
The skills you'll need
You’ll bring your experience of delivering outstanding customer service, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. With strong planning and organisational skills, you’ll be able to work well under pressure, prioritise your tasks and deliver to deadlines.
You’ll also need:
- Experience of working in Financial Services
- Knowledge of corporate actions and investment operations
- A background in using treating customers fairly principles
- An analytical approach to problem solving
