Summary
As the CTO, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership with a focus on quality assurance, production, and product cost reduction. You will lead a team consisting of Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Technology Development. Our client is a global manufacturer of state of the art optical sensors and you will be responsible for building and developing the team to achieve their ambitious growth goals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Engineering management role in a physics or engineering based tech industry. You will have experience working with optical systems and have worked in sectors such as aerospace, turbomachinery, and instrumentation.
