Are you a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in fault finding and repair of fabric assets & elements? We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join a leading client in Stoke, who is looking to strengthen their team with a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
Role: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Industry: Facilities Management / Engineering
- Fault Finding & Repairs: Identify and resolve faults across various fabric assets, elements, and equipment.
- Maintenance: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building and facility systems.
- Fabric Maintenance: Inspect and maintain fabric elements including windows, doors, walls, and flooring to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Electrical & Mechanical Work: Provide electrical and mechanical support, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a facilities or building services environment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, particularly in fabric asset repair.
- A good understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks.
