Summary

We are looking to build a team of proactive, reliable and visitor-focused individuals to bring the V&A’s revolutionary new Order an Object service to life, engaging with visitors directly as the public face of Order an Object.

You will deliver the service, guiding visitors throughout their journey, working closely with the Senior Collections Access Officers to ensure exceptional experiences for everyone.

You will carry out a range of collection care activities, including working with collections management systems and undertaking the handling and movement of objects, working with colleagues across the organisation to deliver unparalleled access to the V&A’s collections not on display, whilst ensuring their safety and care.

V&A East Storehouse is a unique new museum experience opening up the V&A collection to everyone. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the V&A for the launch of an exciting new service and to work with a new team to deliver easy, safe, meaningful and equitable access to collections for all.
