Hill McGlynn are delighted to be working with a leading residential builder to recruit a Traffic Marshall/Gateman for an exciting new project in Maidstone.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and safety-conscious individual to join a well-regarded team on a busy construction site.
Responsibilities:
· Managing site access and egress for vehicles and personnel.
· Directing site traffic safely and efficiently.
· Ensuring compliance with site health and safety regulations.
· Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring proper documentation is in place.
· Supporting deliveries and material movements on-site.
· Assisting site management with general tasks as required.
Skills & Experience:
· Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket (essential).
· Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site.
· Valid CSCS card (essential).
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
· Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused.
Role Details:
· Start Date: Immediate
· Location: Maidstone
· Project: Residential new build
· Duration: Ongoing
· Pay: £15 - £16.50 per hour (CIS pay)
