The HR Data Remediation Officer (LBS-010) plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of HR data across our organization. This pivotal position is tasked with identifying, assessing, and correcting discrepancies within HR information systems to enhance decision-making processes and compliance with regulatory standards. The officer will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze data patterns, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures in a timely manner. As an expert in HR data management, the officer will evaluate existing processes, recommend enhancements, and ensure that all HR data is aligned with organizational objectives and reliable for reporting purposes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of HR data systems and processes. The officer will also provide training and support to HR staff and contribute to establishing best practices for data management in the organization. By ensuring the quality of HR data, the HR Data Remediation Officer will help foster a data-driven culture and support strategic HR initiatives, enhancing overall operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
Develop and implement processes for data validation and remediation.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure accuracy in employee records and documentation.
Analyze HR data trends and patterns to inform strategic decision-making.
Create and maintain documentation related to data remediation processes and outcomes.
Train and support HR staff on best practices for data management and integrity.
Report on data remediation progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, data management, or HR analytics.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including HRIS.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with data remediation techniques and methodologies.
Hours Per Hour: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £29.42
