Salary: £12.42 per hour
20 hours per week
Early, lates and sleep ins plus weekends so need to work flexibly
Sleep in rate - £55 per sleep in
Must be a car driver - Mileage Paid at 42p per mile
Are you passionate about supporting individuals to lead fulfilling lives? We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Nunney, Somerset. Key Responsibilities of the Support Worker role
• Provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes and community.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks as needed.
• Encourage and facilitate social interaction, hobbies, and community participation.
• Support individuals to achieve personal goals and maintain a high quality of life.
• Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Must be a car driver with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Prior experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Good communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.42. per hour + £55 per sleep in.
