We are looking for dynamic and intuitive Band 5 Staff Nurse to come and join our team in the Stroke Rehabilitation Unit.
We are looking for individuals who have the enthusiasm for delivering world class care to patients and their families, a reliable work record and the desire to learn and further develop their skills. You will need to be self-motivated, and posses excellent clinical care and skills.
We are passionate about what we do and the patients we serve. We are an equal opportunities employer and our patients are rich in diversity. We recruit to ensure we build a similarly diverse mix across our workforce. We are a values led organisation and we are rightly proud of our world class reputation and our people

Please note, this does not include the Personal Reference Number (PRN) used during the pre-OSCE application process. If you only have a PRN, we kindly ask that you do not apply for this post.
Our Practice Education Team will support you through a supernumery period during your orientation to the ward. Following orientation and completion of relevant competencies, you will have the opportunity to access university-based post-graduate courses or stand alone courses as part of our investment in our staff.
The post holder will work under the supervision of the ward manager and multi-disciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining excellent standards of nursing care and staff development.
To be responsible for the continuing professional development and overall performance of student nurses and unqualified staff on the ward.
The post holder is expected to carry out all relevant forms of care with provisions of preceptorship/mentorship.
