Who are we looking for:
An experienced Café Supervisor. Key responsibilities are:
• Ensuring the effective operation of the Community Café including supervising staff, stock management, preparing high quality products and customer care.
• Develop menu/food and beverage offerings to meet the requirements of the Café users.
• Develop a strategy in conjunction with the Hub Management and then implement a plan to drive increased usage/profitability for the café.
• Develop the annual Events calendar to maximise opportunities and increase usage/profitability for the Community Hub.
Job Title: Café & Events Supervisor
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Working Hours: 23.00 paid hours per week
Ideal Working Days/Times Monday and Wednesday to Friday 9.45 am to 2.00 pm
Every other Saturday 9.45 – 4.15 pm
Break 30 mins unpaid break (for shifts exceeding 6 hours)
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days a year, Bank Holidays inclusive (pro rata).
