Summary
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Scaffolder for a 2-month period. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the advanced scaffolder on site and performing general laboring duties in the absence of the advanced scaffolder.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the advanced scaffolder with scaffolding tasks on site
- Perform general laboring duties when the advanced scaffolder is not present
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on site
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scaffolding or construction industry preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
- Valid scaffolding certification is a plus
Day-to-day:
- Collaborating with the advanced scaffolder to complete scaffolding tasks
- Engaging in general laboring activities as needed
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
