Grounds Maintenance Operative
Salary:
£24,024 per annum

On site with base in Landywood, Great Wyrley
Hours:
40 hours per week, permanent
We currently have a great opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our in-house maintenance team, Property Plus on a full-time permanent basis. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will undertake general grounds maintenance and gardening services including grass cutting, domestic painting, fencing, hedge trimming and flower bed maintenance.
The working hours for this position will vary between summer and winter. During the summer months, you will work 45 hours per week and during winter, you will work 35 hours per week. We will provide you with all the tools you need to carry out your duties, in addition a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
What skills and experience we are looking for:
Experience of simple grounds keeping
Good understanding of Health and Safety issues
Ability to prioritise and be organised
Ability to work without direct supervision
Good communication skills
