We are looking for a Reward and Retention Manager to lead our efforts in designing and delivering effective reward strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention. In this role, you will develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and analyse market trends to maintain competitive offerings. You will also lead the internal job evaluation and benchmarking process.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in reward management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. You will have experience in designing reward frameworks, managing benefits programs, and developing retention strategies. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels will be essential.

  • £56,520 gross per annum
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Basis: Full time
  • Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility
  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] - Subject to eligibility
  • BUPA healthcare cash plan, life assurance.
  • Formal qualifications and paid professional membership
