Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of individuals in the criminal justice system?

The Role
This role supports recovery and reintegration for people who have contact with the criminal justice system, with the aim of reducing offending behaviours through supporting people with their problematic alcohol or drug use, and helping them access other support as needed.

You will effectively:

• assess the needs of clients.
• deliver relevant 1-2-1 or group interventions.
• complete detailed reports
• work closely with criminal justice and other partner agencies
• contribute to multidisciplinary meetings.

The role will have some requirements to work from other locations, such as court, probation, and prisons as needed, and to liaise effectively with partner agencies.

The Service
Via Redbridge is an established, integrated community drug and alcohol service for adults aged 18 and above. The CQC registered service delivers a wide range of clinical and psychosocial treatments, including an abstinence programme at our recovery hub. We can support people to access Tier 4 placements, and provide a Family and Friends service, and have a peer mentor and service user involvement provision.

The usual hours of service are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with some late night cover in rotation with other colleagues.

To see the generous range of benefits we offer at Via including 30 days annual leave for all new starters, our health and wellbeing initiatives, financial perks and development opportunities – visit our Benefits Package
