Job description.
To develop and lead youth programs, helping young people grow and connect with the church.
To provide discipleship, mentorship, and support to all young people, build a pastoral team, organize youth events and retreats, and teach Sunday school.
To assist the Senior Pastor in the administration, and be able to work on his initiative and any additional program.
Train and recruit volunteers for efficient implementation of church programs.
coordinate with parents of youth group members regarding their children's involvement and participation in the church.
Conduct seminar/teaching through bible teaching as directed by the senior pastor. Conduct regular church worship and services as a minister of God. Must know about CAC Doctrine. Must have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in Pastoring,
Be able to work in our Walsall and Birmingham branch
