We're seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join an outstanding mental health charity in Boston, Lincolnshire.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide compassionate and individualised support to adults experiencing mental health crisis.
  • Empower clients to develop and lead their own recovery plans, fostering independence and control.
  • Utilise therapeutic interventions to promote well-being and stability.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to connect clients with additional resources.

Who You Are:

  • Possess a strong understanding of mental health issues.
  • Have at least 6 months of experience in a social care setting, ideally with a focus on mental health.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
