Job Summary
The CRM Database Officer at St John Ambulance’s Enterprise Network will support the CRM Acquisition Campaigns Team by managing data, including cross-referencing, cleaning, de-duping, and reformatting data for marketing and sales campaigns. The role involves manipulating and uploading data files to the system and maintaining them, contributing to successful acquisition campaigns and business growth. The postholder will administer ‘update my details’ communications to uphold ongoing data accuracy and collaborate with CRM and Sales teams to conduct data queries. Proactive in system assessment and compliance with Data Protection policies, they will update databases based on customer feedback and manage bulk updates. They also conduct database housekeeping procedures, maintain high data quality standards, and provide ad hoc support for marketing campaigns and CRM data segmentation, ensuring effective data management and adherence to responsibilities and qualifications.
About You
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C / 4) including Maths & English, Experience of managing and maintaining data in large databases, Experience of data analysis reporting, Advanced skills of Microsoft® Office Excel, Ability to work with outstanding attention to detail, methodically and accurately
About the Role
Maintain and manage Marketing databases (D365) by exporting, cleansing, and reformatting data from various sources
Possess basic Microsoft SQL Server Commands and Dynamics 365
Ensure data quality by identifying duplicates, removing redundant data, and archiving obsolete information
Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager, CRM team, and Sales colleagues to conduct data queries and output data for campaigns
Proactively assess system functionality and recommend enhancements
Generate data usage statistics and ad-hoc reports for marketing activities
Maintain up-to-date documentation of data management processes
