Sonia Friedman Productions is seeking applications for the position of Deputy Head of Automation on the touring production of The Book of Mormon.
We are seeking applications from individuals of all backgrounds for the position.
Responsibilities include the maintenance and operation of the automation equipment for the production, assisting the Head of Automation in the overseeing of the automation operation, and working within a team to ensure that the show’s automation requirements remain true to the original concept.
Candidates will require relevant hands-on professional theatre experience in automation, the ability to work under pressure and within a team, good interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organisational and time management qualities.

This contract runs from early April until the end of December 2025. Performances are typically Monday to Saturday evenings with matinee performances on Friday and Saturday.
