We have an opportunity for an Electrician (Part P) to carry out a full range of responsive repairs, as well as planned works and voids.
This is a static role therefore no van or fuel card will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring systems and fixtures in domestic social housing properties.
- Installing and upgrading electrical systems for heating and hot water, including boilers, immersion heaters, and heat pumps.
- Repairing and maintaining electrical components of hot water systems, such as unvented cylinders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Inspecting and testing electrical systems for functionality and safety, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with tenants about the work being carried out.
- Responding to tenant queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- JIB Gold Card (ECS Gold Card)
- Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
- Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365)
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations (2357)
- Part P certification
