Summary
Dolphin Lifts (Western) Ltd is a family-run business based in Clevedon, North Somerset. We install and maintain stairlifts and mobility equipment such as homelifts, overhead hoists, pool hoists and modular ramping systems covering Gloucestershire, Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Wiltshire. We are looking for an experienced stairlift engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation, servicing and maintenance of stairlifts and other mobility equipment such as hoists and homelifts.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure that all installations and repairs are completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Take part in a weekend on call rota.
Manage workload effectively and ensure a timely delivery of services.
Liaise with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Keep accurate records of work completed, including job sheets and service reports.
Qualifications and Experience;
Proven experience as a stairlift engineer with knowledge of various models.
Proven experience with overhead hoist systems and homelifts.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
