Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Pega BPM solutions using Pega PRPC, aligning with business requirements and performance standards.
Perform data modeling and develop Pega integration components to enable seamless data flow and interaction with external systems.
Utilize Pega App Studio and Dev Studio for application development and customization to meet project-specific needs.
Configure Pega Robotics (RPA) to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and reduce manual efforts within Pega applications.
Deploy and manage Pega Cloud Services, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability of Pega applications.
Implement and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within Pega to meet performance targets and enhance user experience.
Use Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage user permissions and secure sensitive information within Pega applications.
Leverage Tracer, Performance Analyzer (PAL), and System Management Application (SMA) for troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Oversee system health using Pega AES and configure alerts and error handling to ensure high system reliability.
Integrate Pega applications with external services using WSDL and other integration protocols, ensuring smooth data exchanges.

Required skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Proficiency in Pega integration and data modeling for creating seamless, reliable business processes.
Hands-on experience with Pega App Studio, Dev Studio, and Pega Cloud Services.
Knowledge of Pega Robotics (RPA) for automating repetitive tasks and improving process efficiency.
Strong understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) management within Pega applications.
Familiarity with RBAC for secure and controlled access within applications.
