Join us at the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) as a Digital Skills Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping how our employees embrace and utilise technology.

As part of our Strategy, you’ll be at the forefront of enabling staff across the organisation to make the most of our technology. You’ll ensure new and existing team members are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to use tools such as eDofE, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics systems effectively. Through your training, you'll drive efficiency, strengthen programme delivery, and champion innovation within the Charity.

You will be involved in:

Review current digital training options, identify gaps, and design tailored programs.
Deliver engaging training sessions (both scheduled and ad-hoc) across a variety of platforms and formats.
Develop inclusive training materials for different learning styles, integrating accessibility tools.
Champion the adoption of new systems and technologies across the organisation.
We are looking for someone that can demonstrate a proven ability to design and deliver diverse, engaging computer-based training programs.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in using presentation software.

**The geographical allowance is based on a member of staff having a home or office-based postcode within 30 miles (as the crow flies) from Charing Cross, WC2N 5HS. The allowance is 7% capped at £4,000 per annum.
