40 hours per week – part time considered. Permanent position.
Do you enjoy working in a professional and friendly team? If you are keen to gain experience and develop your skills in hospitality, without having to work late nights and weekends, then this is an ideal role for you.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated individual to join our team, who will play an important role ensuring all our guests have a great experience whilst at Eskdale.
Your job will be supporting the kitchen team prepare great food, which is freshly made every day, helping in the dining room, and supporting the housekeeping team.
It’s a great working environment with the site comprising of a variety of buildings from the main house which is a Grade II listed building to more modern ensuite accommodation areas. Plus, there are amazing views over the tarn and grounds too.
Prior experience is not essential as full training and support will be given. You’ll need to enjoy working as part of a team, have good personal presentation, be professional and friendly, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be warmly welcomed into the friendly team.
Unlike other jobs in hospitality there are no split shifts, and only very occasional weekend working. The working hours range from starting at 07.00 – 15.30 or 14.30 – 23.00, with a 17.30 finish on a Friday. Straight shifts. Monday – Friday.
