About the Role

The post holder will provide an effective and efficient support service for Trading Standards by being responsible for dealing with initial enquiries from citizens and businesses and maintaining the accuracy of databases.

About You

This post is open to internal and external candidates. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of general office administration, ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
  • A high attention to detail.
  • The ability to cope with pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
  • The willingness to undertake professional development and work towards the completion of a competency based qualification.

A NPPV (Non-Police Personal Vetting) is required for this post
