About the Role and Job Purpose

We are looking to recruit a Quality and Contracts Provider Sustainability Support worker whose role is to support with contract monitoring process for external providers of adult social care services such as residential homes, home care, supported living and others. This will include:
• Checking various documents including:
 health and safety audits and reports
 polices and procedure content such as medication and safeguarding policies
 resident and relative meetings
 insurance documents
• Reviewing and scoring business continuity plans
• Analysing Electronic homecare data
• Any other contract monitoring checks required
• Supporting the Quality and Contract officers on visits.
• Communicating with external providers
• Communicating with internal staff
• Administration support for the contract monitoring process


About You

To apply for this post, you must:
• Have a good standard of education to include English and Mathematics GCSE A – C (or equivalent)
• Be good at interpreting and communicating complex information
• Good at working as part of demanding programmes or projects including experience of supporting people to resolve complex organisational and service issues
• Social and health care provision to offer quality services
• Be self-motivated and able to meet demanding timescales and work under pressure.
• Have excellent Communication skills, including written, and oral and the ability to communicate in an appropriate way to suit the audience
• Analytical skills and the ability to use data and balance risk to support clear recommendations and evidence-based decisions and solutions
