Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide a wide range of hair services to our clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Your creativity and passion for hair will help our clients achieve their desired look and boost their confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Perform hair consultations to determine the best hairstyle for each client
- Cut, and style hair using professional techniques and tools
- Apply color, highlights, and lowlights using various coloring techniques
- Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp massages
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and coloring
Training provided for you on how to sell salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of various hair cutting techniques, styling methods, and color applications
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs

- Valid cosmetology license or certification
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
