Just like our children, our waiting lists are growing! In each of our 16 settings we create experiences that are special, unique and child focused. Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met.
For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances you could provide experiences and opportunities that will help them be confident and reach their potential.

We ask that you bring a positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude and in return we will give you a great induction experience, training and development opportunities and you’ll be learning on the job from amazing colleagues! We offer subsidised childcare for colleagues to be able to bring their children with them, high quality up-to-date training including using our software to electronically record your observations and updates. You’ll have ample annual leave and time off to relax and recharge over the Christmas period.
A typical day in a Level 3 role will include;
Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities
