Extrusion Operator
Location: Southampton
Salary: £14-15 per hour
Shift: 39 hours per week + 5 hours mandatory overtime at 1.3x

Extrusion Operator Responsibilities:
As an Extrusion Setter/Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating extrusion lines
- Changing and setting heads, dies, and pins
- Cleaning barrels and screws
- Monitoring and maintaining product quality
- Operating forklifts and other machinery
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace
- Supporting other team members as needed
Extrusion Operator Requirements:
- Previous experience in extrusion or a similar manufacturing role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime and shifts as required
- Forklift license (training can be provided)
