WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A dynamic, skilled and committed professional who can lead teams across our campus locations in the north and south of Worcestershire with a focus on an outstanding learner experience and excellent achievement as well as growth in learner numbers.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.
This position is a cross campus role, all applicants must be prepared to travel between our campuses as required.
The role is an exceptional opportunity for an existing manager seeking to widen their experience of leading provision across two subject areas as well as between different campuses. It would also be an excellent first management role for someone with a proven track record of success at lecturer level, given the support available to excel in the role.
