About the Registered Manager Role
As our Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering a high standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team to provide compassionate, personalised support.
• Driving business growth through development initiatives, partnerships, and client outreach.
• Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining a "Good" or higher CQC rating.
• Managing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
• Recruiting and retaining care staff to meet the growing needs of the business.
• Implementing and enhancing quality assurance and management systems to continuously improve service delivery.
What We Are Looking For
For the ideal candidate in this role, you will need:
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within the domiciliary care sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on quality assurance and compliance.
• A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
• A successful track record of growing a care business and achieving KPIs.
• The ability to recruit and manage care staff effectively.
• A passion for providing high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
• Ideally, a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or a willingness to work towards this qualification).
• Essential Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle.
