Crynodeb
There are well established MDTs with several specialties such as gastroenterology and haematology which will provide the candidate ample opportunity to develop skill and competence. The fellow will work with their mentor Miss Ali to integrate maternal medicine pathways with A&E and the acute medical assessment unit, as well as provide advice for inpatients. There will be protected time to attend maternal medicine and Diabetes clinics and local MDTs. Kingston hospital is part of the hub and spoke model for Southwest London maternal medicine network, and the fellow will be expected to participate in regular MDTs and all network activities across the region.
