We are a well-established business with a fun, friendly team looking for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor. With a generous commission scheme, this role blends customer service and sales, handling inbound calls and live chat enquiries.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service & Sales Advisor

Handle incoming calls and assist customers via live chat
Offer impartial advice on various options
Convert enquiries into bookings
Update records in our CRM system
Process amendments and cancellations for existing bookings

Strong experience in phone-based sales

Great phone manner
Availability Monday - Friday (9 am - 5.30 pm or 10.30 am - 7 pm), plus one in three Saturdays (9 am-5 pm)
