Summary
The Digital Confidence and Capability team aims to build the essential digital skills of DWP colleagues with a focus on those who need additional support.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with colleagues/teams to design and deliver inclusive and accessible learning content, aligning with the team's commitment to enhance the digital confidence and capability of all DWP staff. Advocating for a cultural shift where all colleagues recognise the benefits of technology and embrace self-service working towards a Digital First mindset.
- Operating within a multidisciplinary team, participating in all project lifecycle phases. Providing advice and content design for digital confidence and capability team projects and DWP initiatives. Working collaboratively with team members and the business to identify user needs, translating these into relevant products, and present via different delivery methods.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to build relationships and networks within the DWP, supporting the team's vision. Using best practices and standards to create usable and accessible learning content, consistent with governmental and DWP guidelines, ensuring accessibility for all users.
- Actively participating in DWP and cross-government forums, both virtually and in person. Conducting assessments and evaluations of both the delivery and impact of the Digital Confidence and Capability (DCC) programme of work and associated products.
- Proactively seeking new learning opportunities and strive for continuous improvement by obtaining feedback from peers and the business. Additionally, you may have line management responsibilities.
