Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in East London. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to be based in a building Located in East London. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to be level 2 quailed in either electrical, mechanical, plumbing or AC and will be required to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across a blue chip commercial office building by Bank.
Hours of work/Salary
- £20p/h ( umbrella or CIS )
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 4pm ( 40 hours paid weekly )
- Overtime available
- Starting 20th January
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Painting & Decorating
- Changing locks
- Basic Plumbing duties
- Bulb changes
- General Building maintenance
Requirements
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Health & Safety experience
- Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
