Warehouse Operative
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative roles at Unipart Logistics,
Shinehill Lane, South Littleton, Evesham (WR11 8TS).
Our client is seeking Warehouse Operative roles with MHE experience(prefably) for their busy, site.
You will be working as part of a busy and committed team.
Our operation provides a Global aftermarket Distribution Centre, Parts Packing, Branded Goods operations,
and a Customer Support function - supporting Jaguar Land Rover's continued growth ambitions.
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
- Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English
- Able to follow instructions
- Numerical and focused on accuracy
- Ability to give attention to detail
- Good awareness of Health & Safety
Details:
- Salary
- Days - £12.00
- Overtime during the week - £15.60
- Overtime weekends - £18.00
- Mon-Fri: 07:30 - 16:30
- Location: Shinehill Lane, South Littleton, Evesham WR11 8TS
- Duration: Ongoing
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
- Pick, check, store and pack automotive goods either manually or using RDT technology to a high standard of accuracy
- Pump trucking stacks of full totes and sorting to the department
- Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded onto cages
- Load and unload trailers safely and in line with company procedures
- Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties
- Frequent heavy lifting required
- Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately
- Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary
- Assist other team members as necessary
- Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day to day tasks
- To action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business and undertake any other reasonable duties as allocated
