Crynodeb
The post holder will support the Resuscitation Training Department in ensuring courses are planned and delegates are notified of the venue and dates in advance to minimise cancellations. The post holder will also act as the main point of contact for all staff regarding booking, confirming and cancelling their places which will require excellent communication and listening skills. The post holder will work as part of the Resuscitation Training team, will act independently within clearly defined occupational policies with work managed rather than supervised, providing a range of administrative support and effectively deliver and prioritise a wide range of duties to support the function of the Department. The post holder will also be required to work flexibly within a busy working environment and develop the role and alter its scope as appropriate.
