CMA is currently recruiting for an experience Purchase Ledger Assistant to commence work as soon as possible, for a reputable company based near Arundel, West Sussex.

This opportunity has arisen due to sickness and is offered on an ongoing, temporary basis.

What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?

    • Validate and process supplier invoices for payment.
    • Review Purchase Orders.
    • Reconcile supplier statements to purchase ledger.
    • Resolving invoice and payment queries.
    • Setting up new supplier accounts.

    Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:

      • Strong experience in a previous role as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
      • Good communication skills and ability to build working relationships internally and externally.
      • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
      • Experience of Sage or similar.
