Rainbow Medical Centre is looking to recruit either a part time and full time Receptionist(s). Total hours negotiable but minimum hours of 19 hours per week.
The pay starts at £11.70 per hour and is subject to incremental raises.
Working at our two sites in Sutton and Thatto Heath, St Helens, the post-holder will join a team of Receptionists and:
Act as the first point of contact for patients and their carers both face to face and over the telephone.
Work with/support the practice based doctors, nurses and other clinical and non clinical staff who undertake work from the practice.
Provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support.
Provide a confidential service.
The successful candidate will be a team player, with good IT skills and experience of working with members of the public. They will have exceptional communication and organisation skills and will want to provide a person centred experience for our patients.
