Home-Based Occupational Health Advisor
Full-Time, Permanent
OH Medical is recruiting experienced Occupational Health Advisors to join a leading provider in a fully remote, permanent role.
The Role:
As part of a dedicated remote team of Occupational Health Advisors, you will deliver high-quality Occupational Health services to a dedicated client. Key responsibilities include:
Comprehensive case management and mental health support.
Telephone consultations to assess employee needs and provide guidance.
Developing return-to-work plans and advising on workplace adjustments.
Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records.
Providing expert advice on fitness for work, attendance, and legislative requirements.
Coaching line managers and processing Pre-Placement Questionnaires (PPQs).
What You’ll Need:
NMC Registered Nurse (Dual RN/RMN qualification desirable).
Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (desirable).
Strong case management and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Sound knowledge of OH practices and employment legislation.
