Facilities Contract Support - Manchester - Global Facilities Management Organisation
CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Contract Support specialist to join our Facilities Management client's team on a permanent basis. The Contract Support will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, managing client relationships, and coordinating various aspects of FM services.
This is a full time and permanent role, based at the client’s prestigious office in Deansgate, Manchester.
Package:
- Competitive salary between £27,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Specialist Visits: Manage and coordinate visits from specialist sub-contractors and engineers.
- Support Engineering Teams: Provide day-to-day support to Engineers and Contract Managers.
- Finance/Procurement Management: Raise purchase orders for materials, goods, and subcontractor services.
- Client Liaison: Regularly communicate with the client team to proactively address their requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Helpdesk Team, offering support as needed.
- Compliance Monitoring: Track compliance progress and ensure follow-up tasks are appropriately assigned.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Assist in organising and overseeing sub-contractor visits.
- Core Values Representation: Embody and promote the company's core values of respect, trust, communication, care, and commitment.
- Job Sheet Management: Interpret job sheets, identify remedial work needs, and ensure jobs are closed effectively.
- Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and enhance local administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract administration, preferably within the facilities management industry
- Strong understanding of contract principles, legal terminology, and negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software
