Job Title: Counterbalance Operator
Hours: Rotating weekly between 0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2200 Monday to Friday. Some overtime on weekends available (voluntary)
Pay Rate: £12.23 per hour (weekly pay) £50 bonus for working an overtime day.
We're currently looking for an experienced counterbalance operator to work with us at our distribution center for high-end furniture based in the South Marston Industrial Estate, Swindon, SN3 4TN.
Duties will include:
• Loading and unloading boxes on pallets from curtain-siders.
• Moving pallet-packed materials around the site.
• Pre-operation checks to ensure equpment is ready for the shift
• Completing paperwork for delivery notes.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring loads are secure.
Our ideal candidate will also have good organizational skills, be reliable and dependable and be able to do some manual handling as and when required.
