SITE FOREMAN
Locations across: Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey
Overview:
Sargeant Groundworks Ltd are currently seeking experienced Site Foreman to join our teams at the above locations.
A minimum of 5 years construction experience is desirable, preferably on new build housing developments, but we will consider all candidates
Duties/Responsibilities/Skills:
• Full management of the client site
• Ability to undertake ALL aspects of Groundworks
• Experience of working on New Build Housing Developments
• Experience in managing people and working to deadlines
• Ensure all PPE/H&S is adhered to
• Full driver’s licence and own transport to sites preferable
• Dumper / Roller tickets
• SMSTS (Desirable)
• CSCS Card
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings essential
• Promote the company’s principles, spirit, and ethos, and be a good team member
• Ability to work to client programmes
• Motivation, encouraging work ethic, and ability to resolve issues/conflict
• Reliable and Punctual
• Proof of ‘right to work’ in the UK
• Opportunities to progress
