Main duties:
❖ Manage, coach and motivate the team to deliver to all targets and lead by example.
❖ Lead for ensuring higher level of better customer services among team members.
❖ Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
❖ Manage orders, checking in deliveries.
❖ Keep up with up-to-date pricing
❖ Reconcile daily cash taking and report variances with action taken.
❖ Prepare and analyse the Weekly Sales /Inventory Report to improve the business performance.
❖ Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
❖ Oversee store merchandising and visual displays to maximize sales potential
❖ Create and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment
❖ Implement in-store marketing material such as Point of sale in line with periodical store wide marketing campaigns.
❖ Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
❖ Responsible for a safe work environment for employees and customers.
Skills we are looking for:
o Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hardworking approach to work.
o Confident communicator with good organisation skills.
o Excellent leadership credentials
o A passion for providing world-class customer service.
o Attention to detail in everything you they do
o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
The ideal candidate should have A level or equivalent qualification with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
