Summary

Job Title: Systems Trainer

Location: Remote with some travel
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 to £37,000 depending on experience

Closing date: 22nd January2025

Interviews will be held on 30th January and 6th February

Key Purpose of the Role

To create/innovate, promote and deliver Systems training in consultation with staff teams and managers, adapting training styles to ensure that all staff are able to learn new skills from their training and promote best practice at all times.

Essential Criteria

To thrive in this role, you must have:

Experience of teaching Systems training is essential for the role in both classroom and virtual settings

Experience of teaching a diverse range of learning needs

Experience in IT training/workshops/Tech demonstrations

Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point

Experience of using zoom and MS Teams and Learning management systems/databases

Delivering both online and offline training

Excellent communication skills

Interest and curiosity for technology and how it links an organisation together

Experience producing training materials; user guides, etc.

Comprehensive knowledge of Office 365 products and capabilities.

Award in Education and Training/PTTLS/Level 3 Learning and Development or equivalent

Level 3+ Qualification in an IT related subject
