Kentish Town - LSA - ASAP Start
Learning Support Assistant needed to start ASAP at a welcoming and diverse primary school in Kentish Town, Camden.
This is your chance to make a real impact to children's lives, joining a team of likeminded and committed support staff as a Learning Support Assistant.
Working full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm) as an LSA, you will be:
• Delivering various interventions and monitoring key children's progress, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Supporting non-verbal children with Speech and Language activities
• Ensuring a safe, supportive and positive learning environment where each child is able to thrive - personally, socially and academically
• Providing support for children with SEND to reach their full potential and access the full curriculum
• Supporting children with EHCPs and IEPs to help them to reach their targets and objectives
As this Learning Support Assistant position is long-term to last until the end of the academic year, you will see how your key children progress and the development they make across the school year, making it a very rewarding role knowing you've contributed and made a difference! There is also the possibility for the role to become permanent in the future.
