At Phoenix Care Staff we are looking for experienced Health Care Assistant’s to cover several premium homes in the local area. We are looking for multiple, talented individuals with a passion for care and desire to provide the best level of care for service users.
What can we offer?
We offer full flexibility to find shifts that work around you and your availability, weekly pay through PAYE with pension contributions and holiday pay accrual! We offer a 24/7 support line for support and for emergencies, on going training (with options for extra training) all paid for by us. We provide uniform for all our staff, can assist with DBS applications and offer a starting pay rate of £11.44 p/hour.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months experience as an HCA in the UK
Excellent Communication Skills
Exp using hoists and providing personal care
DBS from within last 12 months (Or on the Update service)
