Summary
We have a current opportunity for a Investment Project Manager on a permanent basis. The position can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The organisation offers hybrid working where you will be based in the office 2 days per week with the rest being at home or on site. Travel throughout Scotland is required and a car allowance and mileage will be payable. The client will consider a contract or permanent position.
You will be expected to deliver and manage from inception to completion all capital investment projects for the organisation.
Main duties of the role will include:
* Undertaking surveys and the preparation of information relating to capital maintenance project
* The preparation of budget information relating to the projects allocated.
* Managing all capital maintenance projects allocated from the annual budget including roof coverings and kitchens & bathrooms
* Assisting with the sustainability policy and delivering agreed improvements.
Essential requirements for the role are:
* Relevant professional qualification in construction, surveying, maintenance, and/ or project management
* QS/Building surveying experience in a commercial setting
* Experience in managing projects and financial monitoring and reporting
