Marketing Campaign Executive
£24,000-£28,000 plus excellent benefits (Work level 6C)
Secondment/fixed-term contract until the end of June 2025
Manchester city centre - We're now working in a hybrid way, with colleagues dividing their time between working from home and in the office.

We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to join our marketing team within Co-op Insurance.


In this role, you'll support the full breadth of marketing activities, providing a great opportunity to learn and develop your marketing knowledge. We'll look to you to plan and deliver engaging marketing campaigns to promote our Insurance products and services. What you'll do

* support delivery of campaigns including working with external agencies to agree delivery plans and cost estimations, planning and raising purchase orders
* manage the lifecycle of marketing assets including approval, reviews, changes and archiving, ensuring that Co-op Insurance processes are followed
* day-to-day monitoring of campaigns and reacting to outcomes and/or issues
* share learnings with wider marketing team to inform optimisation of campaigns
* support the delivery of multi-product, multi-channel, multi-frequency campaigns in a result-driven business
* some financial planning such as keeping track of budgeting and invoices, pulling together reports and providing general support where needed to your marketing colleagues
* support in the development and delivery of social strategy to increase social following and engagement

This role would suit people who have

* some marketing experience with a passion to learn and develop your career in marketing
* experience of creating content on self-service platforms such as Canva to agreed deliverables
* great organisational skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work
* experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint at a basic yet confident level
* a strong sense of self-motivation and the ability to problem solve
* resilience and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
* a collaborative approach to content creation, with the ability to work effectively with others in an agile team
