Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of automatic combustion equipment, proudly exporting to over 40 countries and serving a wide range of prestigious clients.
As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dedicated Gardener/Handyman to join their dynamic team based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Experience in lawn care, pruning, and using garden equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, pressure washers)
• Experience in basic plumbing, painting, and general maintenance, such as handling minor repairs and resolving building issues
• Able to work independently, with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
What will your role look like?
As a Gardener/Handyman, you’ll be maintaining 7 acres of beautiful land, keeping our grounds pristine and our facilities in top shape. This is a hands-on role where no two days will be the same! You’ll enjoy a variety of tasks, including:
• Grounds Maintenance: Strimming, mowing, and keeping grassed areas neat
• Landscape Care: Pruning trees and bushes to maintain a well-kept environment
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Jet washing, litter collection, and general upkeep
• Seasonal Tasks: Gritting paths during icy months
• Handyman Duties: Basic plumbing (e.g., clearing blockages), painting, and general building maintenance
What can you expect in return?
• 22 days holiday rising to a potential 30 based on appropriate years of service
