Crynodeb
The role of the Clinical Pharmacy Technician is developing rapidly within our service, and we aim to continue this skill-mix, challenging the boundaries, supporting all staff to work at the top of their licence. To join the team you will need to have a passion for patient care and be able to work as part of a diverse multidisciplinary team. You should be resilient, adaptable, caring and keen to contribute to service development. You will practice across the boroughs as part of the clinical and social care teams within the CRTs and on the Rehabilitation wards. The role also involves visiting patients in their own homes. You must be prepared to travel having access to your own transport (travel expenses reimbursed).
