Our village hall requires a hall manager / caretaker to ensure the hall and the surrounding grounds are kept in a good state of repair, clean, safe and set up correctly for use by people of different groups/organisations of all ages.
Security of the premises is very important, so the job is offered with live-in accomodation if needed.
The role requires someone who is hardworking / adaptable and able to work under their own initiative. It is customer facing and a pivotal role in the community, so good interpersonal skills are required.
This opening might be ideally suited for a semi-retired couple.
